Delivery terms and conditions
Your orders are usually dispatched during the dispatch lead time in your products page shows. You will receive an email notification from Underfloor Heating Shop when your order is shipped.


Delivery problems
If a delivery has not arrived at the expected time, the Purchaser must contact us as soon as possible. Underfloor Heating Shop shall then contact its authorised carrier to initiate an enquiry. Enquiries may take some time but we aim to resolve all delivery problems immediately after being notified.


Products quality
Once receiving products ordered, the purchaser must check that the products are correct. The customer must notify the Underfloor Heating Shop of any delivery anomalies (missing or broken Products, parcel damaged, etc.) by contacting us as soon as possible and specifying the nature of the problem.

Return and Exchange
If, for whatever reason, you need to change or return an order, please contact us at  We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

You should check your goods as soon as you received and you in order to ensure in 14days that;
– Correct items and correct quality that you have ordered
– Check if items are not damaged or faulty.

If you wish to return or exchange the items, the items must be;
– Same condition as when you first received your items from us.
– You will be charged 10% of the restocking fee
– You will be charged freight cost to Underfloor Heating Shop Warehouse (NSW)
