Manifold construction

• PA66 body reinforced with 30% glass fibre.
• Brass inserts at threaded connections.
• EPDM seals and ABS handwheels and caps.
• 1-inch female main connections to UNI-EN-ISO 228.
• G3/4-inch Euroconus outlets with 50mm centres.

Flow measurement and control

• Adjustable supply flowmeters: 1–4L/min.
• Flowmeter accuracy: ±10%.
• Memory-Stop allows circuits to reopen to their previous balancing setting.
• Return valves with manual handwheels, suitable for optional electrothermal actuators.

Included in the kit

• 1 supply manifold with flowmeters and adjustment valves.
• 1 return manifold with thermostatic valves and manual handwheels.
• 1 pair of polymer mounting brackets.
• 2 × 1-inch ball valves with built-in 0–80°C thermometers.
• 2 union fittings.
• 1 × 1-inch automatic air/water discharge terminal unit.
• 1 × 1-inch manual air/water discharge terminal unit.

Operating limits

• Operating temperature: 5–80°C.
• Maximum working pressure: 800kPa (8bar).
• Maximum circuit test pressure: 1000kPa at 20°C.
• Maximum differential pressure across thermostatic valves: 100kPa.
• Suitable fluids: water or a 50% water/glycol mixture, subject to compatibility with the seals, flowmeters and manifold materials.
