About the Product
The In-Slab(Heavy Duty) Electric Heating Cable electric floor heating cable is designed for installation within concrete slabs and can be used beneath a wide variety of floor coverings. The In-Slab(Heavy Duty) Electric Heating Cable emits very low electromagnetic fields (EMF) and features a single cold tail, making it easy to install. This cable is ideal for connection to "Off-Peak" or "Time of Use" tariffs, functioning as an in-slab thermal storage heating system. The steel armor and multiple layers of conductor insulation make this cable highly durable and suitable for applications such as snow melting. It delivers 30 watts per meter and comes with a single 6-meter cold tail.
To enhance performance and reduce operational costs, it is recommended to use Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) insulation with electric in-slab heating.
