FACOT FILMAX+Thermakil is a water-treatment conditioner for hydronic heating and cooling circuits, including systems with multiple metals and radiant panels. It combines a corrosion inhibitor with a protective film-forming treatment to help limit oxidation and the build-up of carbonate deposits.

The formulation also contains a biocide component. Select the treatment quantity to suit the circuit water volume, water quality and operating conditions, following the manufacturer's technical data sheet and the current product label.
