Product details

The Bosch Condens 8300iW is a wall-mounted gas condensing boiler range engineered and manufactured in Germany. With seasonal space heating energy efficiency of 94% at range-rated output and a burner modulation ratio of up to 1:10, it combines efficient hydronic heating with quiet operation and a clean, modern design.

Choose a 25kW or 35kW heating-only model, or the 35/40kW combi model for central heating and domestic hot water. The range offers indoor and outdoor installation configurations, with Natural Gas and LPG options. Indoor installations require additional flue components, while outdoor installations require the Bosch outdoor installation kit with its Australian-made casing and horizontal telescopic flue kit.

Controls and installation

  • Compatible with the Bosch CR50 Controller.
  • Indoor installation requires additional flue components.
  • Outdoor installation requires the Bosch outdoor installation kit.
  • Outdoor installation kit includes the casing and horizontal telescopic flue kit.
  • Outdoor casing manufactured in Australia from COLORBOND® steel.

Flue planning

  • Permissible flue length depends on the boiler model, flue diameter and routing.
  • Each additional 87° elbow reduces the permissible flue length by 1.5m.
  • Each additional elbow between 15° and 45° reduces the permissible flue length by 0.5m.
  • Refer to the applicable Bosch installation instructions for complete flue requirements.

Ordering Information

Select the boiler model, gas type and installation configuration to suit your system.

The 25kW and 35kW models provide central heating. The 35/40kW combi model provides central heating and domestic hot water. CH means central heating; DHW means domestic hot water.

Select “Boiler” for the boiler-only configuration, with additional flue components required for indoor installation. Select “incl Case & Flue” for the boiler with the Bosch outdoor installation kit, including the outdoor casing and horizontal telescopic flue kit.

  • Heat exchanger: 5-year warranty on the heat exchanger part only.
