If, for whatever reason, you need to change or return an order, please contact us at info@underfloorheatingshop.com.au We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
You should check your goods as soon as you received and you in order to ensure in 30 days that;
- Correct items and correct quality that you have ordered
- Check if items are not damaged or faulty.
If you wish to return or exchange the items, the items must be;
- Same condition as when you first received your items from us.
- You will be charged 10% of the restocking fee
- You will be charged freight cost to Underfloor Heating Shop Warehouse (NSW)
